Molly worked for ten years in sustainable agriculture and food growing before turning to creative work full time in 2018 and brings a deep interest in ecology and plant sciences to her printmaking. Her work has been selected for many exhibitions including Relief: The Masters and IMPACT12 Printmaking Conference. Molly graduated with a distinction from her MFA at Aberystwyth School of Art in 2022 and has since then been awarded both the Printmaking Today State of the Art Graduate Award and the Royal Society of Painter Printmakers Gwen May Graduate Award. 

Molly works from her studio in the old tractor workshop on a farm on the Welsh Borders. She is developing courses and residencies with particular emphasis on regenerative agriculture, ecology and printmaking. In addition to her work as an artist she runs a 7 acre agroforestry test plot along with her partner. This was set up for data collection on carbon sequestration, biodiversity and food production and she takes most of her artistic inspiration from these growing activities.
